What does protecting our democracy mean?

To me it means defending the Constitution. I worry about the administration usurping powers the Constitution gives to Congress. I worry about Congress ignoring their duties as defined in the Constitution. And I worry about the Supreme Court doing very little to enforce the Constitution. Everyone involved has sworn an oath to protect the Constitution. Have they been fulfilling that oath?
